In 2011, Vhutali Trading was founded by Larry Lavhelesani Matsheka and Deisy Seaba with a vision to build a business that not only meets the needs of its clients but also empowers the communities it serves. Coming from a strong community-focused background, we believe in creating opportunities and delivering excellence. Today, as a 100% black-owned and BBBEE Level 1 company, we work closely with local government to create jobs and drive transformation across South Africa.

Larry Lavhelesani Matsheka
Executive Director

With a strong foundation in IT, Larry’s journey started with a Diploma in IT Network Management from Rosebank College. His passion for technology and innovation drives his current pursuit of a BCom in Informatics at UNISA. As an experienced leader, Larry brings technical expertise and a fresh perspective to every project at Vhutali.

Deisy Seaba
Managing Director

Deisy’s expertise in business and accounting is built on her Diploma in Business Administration, specialising in Accounting from PC Training. Now in her third year of studying Accounting Science at UNISA, she combines her practical knowledge with academic insight to lead Vhutali with a strategic, solution-driven approach. Her leadership ensures that Vhutali continues to grow while remaining grounded in community values.
